View Installed and Connected USB Drives on the Computer

Whenever you connect your USB Drive in your computer for the first time it takes bit of time to install the driver and then detects it. But whenever you connect it at later time it does not get installed.
If you wish, you can view all the USB drives that you have connected to your system till now with their details. Moreover you can also uninstall the driver linked with the particular USB so that it connects itself as a new USB drive the next time you plug it in.

USBDeview is a small and free utility that lists all USB devices that currently connected to your computer, as well as all USB devices that you previously used. The tool displays many things like Device name/description, device type, serial number (for mass storage devices), the date/time that device was added, VendorID and ProductID.
Forgetting the USB settings for a particular USB have also found to resolve quite many USB issues.
Thanks to Rob who has suggested this post.
